Shipping Policy

All orders placed (including weekends or public holiday) will be processed on the next working day and delivery can be made based on the following 3 options:-

1. Self pick-up (On the next working day after order is placed)

• Slot A: 10a.m. - 12p.m
• Slot B: 3p.m - 6:30p.m.
  

There is no charges for self pick-up.

2. Delivery by third party (i.e Ninjavan).

The base delivery fees for all orders at www.kllgrocer.com.my is RM10.
Delivery handled by a third party might take 3 to 7 working days depending on location.

For orders above RM300, you will be entitled to Free Delivery.

3. Delivery by KLL team
The coverage area is as follows:-

• Postcode from 46000 to 46400: RM3.00
• Postcode from 46400 to 47000, 50470, 58000 to 58200: RM5.00

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website is accurate and complete. KLL Grocer will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information. For delivery by the KLL team, we reserved the right to cancel the order if the delivery address is not included in the coverage area.
